# Public safe receipt package v0.1

This directory is the **publishable receipt bundle** for the governed-vs-fluent field note.
If the post goes public, publish or share this directory **as a bundle**, not just the summary note.

Lane B interpretation note: the published `10 / 10` tamper result is a disposition-change result, not a wrong-admit result. On the measured Lane B slice, the rival base dispositions were `review = 5`, the tampered dispositions were `deny = 10`, and wrong-authority / wrong-effect accepts remained `0 / 15` each.

Follow-on capture probe note: the preregistration artifacts remain the frozen pre-run record (`registrationStatus: frozen_not_run`; prereg note status: `preregistered, not yet run`). The authoritative measured outcome lives under `measured-b-capture-probe/*` and returned `status: null_observed` — baseline `review`, tampered rival admits `0 / 4`, wrong-authority accepts `0 / 4`, wrong-effect accepts `0 / 4`, consumer-owned boundary denies `4 / 4`.
