This is not a slogan wall. These values matter because they change how Sheila Studios handles ambiguity, access, urgency, evidence, and responsibility. If they do not show up in the work, they are not values yet.
Public version: clearer judgment over louder confidence, boundaries over convenient blur, continuity over drift, and bounded movement over performative busyness.

The next step still makes sense a week later, to someone who was not in the room.
Context shedding, broken handoffs, and “we’ll remember” as a process model.
The point of contact is visible and the decision spine is readable.
Invisible authorship, buck-passing, and responsibility spread so wide it disappears.
The work narrows toward the sharpest seam instead of metastasizing into performative activity.
Busywork, sprawling rewrites, and touching more surface just to look active.
That is where the values become visible: what gets asked, what gets protected, what gets narrowed, and what becomes the next real move.
